What are the panel heights and widths?

The standard formats are 1.2×3.0 m and 0.6×3.0 m. Panel heights range from 0.5 to 3 m; walls taller than 3 m are formed by stacking panels.

How are the panels connected?

Neighbouring panels are joined with clamps and wedges, while the two faces of the wall are held by ties with nuts. The ties take concrete pressure of up to 80 kN/m² and set the wall thickness between 150 and 400 mm.

Can I inspect the formwork before buying?

Yes, we invite you to our warehouse to inspect any formwork. We can also send detailed photos and videos of specific panels if you cannot visit.

What's included in formwork set?

New formwork: panels, locks, wedges, ties, corners, nuts. Used formwork: depends on configuration - from basic (panels only) to full with all accessories.

Can I buy individual panels?

Yes, we sell panels individually with no minimum order — for example, to top up a kit you already have.

How do delivery and payment work?

Delivery by our own transport costs from 700 ₴ in Kyiv; for the region and the rest of Ukraine we quote per order, and pickup from our warehouse is free. Pay in cash or by bank transfer (companies pay by transfer with VAT); instalments for up to 3 months are available on purchases over 200,000 UAH.

What can I do with the formwork after the project?

You can sell serviceable formwork back to us: we quote a buyback price after inspection, based on condition and completeness. Or rent it out to other builders.

How to choose

New formwork pays off when the kit is always working: panels without wear give a smooth concrete finish on every cycle.
Used formwork after 5–10 cycles is the best balance of price and remaining life for one large or several mid-size projects.
The economy option suits a private house or outbuildings where the wall finish is not critical and you already have clamps and ties or will buy them separately.

A 1.2×3.0 m panel covers 3.6 m² of wall in one placement, so it makes up most of a kit. The 0.6×3.0 m panel (1.8 m²) fills out walls whose length is not a multiple of 1.2 m and frames openings.

A 3 m height matches a typical storey, so a storey-high wall is poured in one lift. Plinths and foundation walls use shorter panels, while taller walls are formed by stacking panels one above another.

Laminated plywood facing on a steel frame gives a smooth concrete surface and lasts many cycles; worn facing can be replaced without replacing the frame.

Clamps, Wedges and Ties: How the Formwork Connects

What a wall formwork kit is made of

The connection system decides how fast the formwork goes up and whether the wall comes out straight. A new kit includes panels, clamps, wedges, ties, corners and nuts.

Clamps

Pull two neighbouring panels together and align them in one plane so the concrete has no step at the joint. They are fitted along the height of every joint.

Wedges

Lock the clamp in its working position. The connection is tightened and released with a hammer blow, with no spanners or special tools.

Ties and nuts

Steel ties pass through the wall and hold the concrete pressure, while nuts press the panels on both faces. The tie length sets the wall thickness, from 150 to 400 mm.

Corners

External and internal corner elements close the formwork at corners and wall junctions.

A wall 10 m long and 3 m high needs 60 m² of formwork (two faces). Used panels: 60 × 1,450 = from 87,000 ₴; new: 60 × 4,500 = from 270,000 ₴. If you pour the walls in sections, you only need to buy a kit for one section.
