Left with spare props, beams or plywood after a project? We buy the separate parts of a slab formwork kit, each valued by the unit it is actually used in
After a slab is poured, a contractor rarely has a complete kit left: some props went to another site, part of the plywood is worn out, the beams are stacked in the yard. You do not need to assemble a full set to sell it — we buy the parts on their own.
Steel props of any make, sold by the piece. Faulty props are not refused — they are valued separately.
Timber I-beams of any length, priced per running metre. H24 and H27 beams are bought too.
Deck sheets 18–21 mm, priced per sheet; the condition of the laminated face decides the grade.
Forkheads, tripods, wing nuts, clamps and wedges, priced per unit. Mixed lots from different systems are fine.
If you still have the whole kit, it is valued per m² instead — see the slab formwork buyback page.
Each kind of part has its own unit of measure. The price is set after inspection and depends on condition, volume and current demand.
| Part | Unit and what we check |
|---|---|
| H20, H24, H27 beams | Per running metre. We check the geometry and that the end caps are intact. |
| Laminated plywood | Per sheet. We check the laminated face, the edges and delamination. |
| Forkheads, tripods, fasteners | Per unit. We check that every part works: threads, pins, wedges. |
| Telescopic props | Per piece. We check the thread, the pins and that the tube is straight. |
| Complete kit | Per m² of formwork, if you sell everything together. |
We name the price for every item after the inspection, before anything is loaded.
Sort by type: props, beams, plywood, forkheads and tripods, small fasteners.
Group the beams by height (H20, H24, H27) and by length, so the running metres are easy to count.
Stack the plywood face to face and put delaminated or broken sheets on a separate pile.
Bag small fasteners by type and write down the approximate count before you call.
Each part has its own buyback page with full terms, and the main buyback page covers every formwork type.
