We buy telescopic props, tripods, wing nuts, wedges, locks and clamps — as separate items or a mixed lot from different systems
Every project leaves a contractor with boxes of fasteners and dozens of props that are no longer needed. Formex buys them directly and values each item separately, so there is no need to put together a complete set. A mixed lot from different formwork systems is fine too.
The most valuable item among accessories. We check the thread, the locking pins and that the tube is straight.
The parts that hold props and beams in slab formwork.
M12–M20 nuts and tie elements — valued at a medium price.
Quick-release locks, panel wedges, clamps and plywood fasteners.
We assess each item separately; what matters most is whether the part fully works. The price is set after inspection and depends on condition, volume and current demand.
| Condition | What it means |
|---|---|
| Ideal | Minimal wear, the part is fully functional. |
| Good | Noticeable wear, but everything works: threads turn, locks close. |
| Working | Heavy wear, but the part is still in use. |
The price also depends on the type of part and the manufacturer. Every item is valued individually on site.
The main factors in valuing accessories
Ideal (minimal wear, fully functional) — the top price. Good (noticeable wear, everything works) — a medium price. Working (heavy wear, still in use) — the base price.
Large lots of accessories are bought at a better price. Wholesale volumes get priority and a higher price per unit.
Telescopic props — the highest price. M12–M20 wing nuts, wedges, clamps — a medium price. Small fasteners — the base buyback price.
European brands (Doka, Peri, Meva) — the highest price. Quality Ukrainian parts — a medium price. Chinese — the base buyback price.
Sort the parts by type: props, tripods, nuts, wedges, locks, clamps.
Check the threads of props and nuts and that the locks work — keep faulty parts separate.
Put small fasteners into boxes or bags and roughly count them.
If the parts come from different systems, separate them by manufacturer where you can — European brands are valued higher.
Props and fasteners are often sold together with slab formwork and beams. Terms for every type are on the main buyback page.
Minimum lot, assessment and collection
Telescopic props, tripods, forkheads, wing nuts, wedges, clamps, quick-release locks, plywood fasteners and other formwork accessories.
Props — from 10 pieces, small fasteners — from 100 pieces. For other items the minimum lot is agreed individually.
Collection terms are agreed during the assessment and depend on the size of the lot and the address.
Telescopic props. Wing nuts, wedges and clamps get a medium price, small fasteners the base price. Accessories from European brands (Doka, Peri, Meva) are valued higher.
