LLC Formex has been supplying formwork since 2018. We equip private and commercial sites, from the strip foundation of a family house to the slabs and walls of multi-storey buildings. Our warehouse is in Kyiv, and we deliver across Ukraine.
This page brings all our services together. The same formwork can be rented for the duration of a pour, bought new or used for ongoing work, or sold back to us when the build is finished. Each formwork type has its own pages with specifications, prices and terms, linked below.

Three Ways to Work With Formwork
Rental, purchase and buyback fit together: start with rental, buy your own set later, and sell it back to us once you no longer need it
Formwork Rental
Complete formwork sets and individual components for the duration of your pour. Every item is checked before it leaves the yard and again when it comes back.
Best for: a single project, a fixed schedule, or no space to store formwork between jobs.
- Minimum rental term of 15 days for any formwork and accessories
- Rental agreement with handover certificates

Formwork Sale
New formwork plus used formwork in two condition grades: 'like new' after 5–10 cycles and 'economy' for budget projects. Sold as full sets or by the piece.
Best for: builds that run longer than six months, or projects that follow one after another.
- Wall formwork: new from 4,500 UAH/m², used from 1,450 UAH/m²
- Used formwork is inspected item by item before sale
- Trade-In: hand in old formwork towards new

Formwork Buyback
We buy formwork and accessories from any manufacturer: new, used or damaged. The price depends on type, condition and completeness.
Best for: a finished project, idle formwork, or an equipment fleet you are replacing.

Slab Formwork
Telescopic props, H20 timber beams and film-faced plywood for cast-in-place floor slabs 150–400 mm thick.
Wall Formwork
Framed panels with clamps and tie rods for external and internal walls, partitions and basement walls 150–400 mm thick.
Column Formwork
Panel formwork for rectangular columns and systems for round columns of various diameters.
Foundation Formwork
Panels from 0.5 to 3 m high for strip and raft foundations and basement walls.
Formwork I-Beams
H20 timber beams: the load-bearing layer of slab formwork, working together with props and plywood.
Formwork Plywood
18 and 21 mm film-faced plywood: the contact face of the formwork that shapes the finished concrete surface.
Accessories
Telescopic props, tripods, fork heads, clamps, tie rods, wing nuts and wedges, on their own or to complete an existing system.
How We Work
Six steps from your first call to the return or buyback of the formwork

Request
Call us or leave a request on the site and describe the job: what you are pouring, the area, the height and the schedule.

Selection and Take-Off
We choose the formwork system and work out the set free of charge: panels, props, beams, plywood and fixings.

Contract and Payment
We agree the price and terms and sign a rental or sale contract. Pay in cash or by bank transfer, with VAT for companies.

Delivery or Pickup
We bring the formwork to site with our own trucks across Kyiv and Ukraine, or prepare the order for pickup from the yard.

On Site
If needed, our team installs the formwork or briefs your crew. We stay available for advice throughout the job.
- 6
Return or Buyback
Rented formwork is accepted against a handover certificate and checked for completeness. Formwork you bought from us we can buy back when you no longer need it.
